Alamo Rent A Car

Absolutely excellent service from the young professionals. Our flight arrived at 1:00 am and Alamo was still open with a friendly face to greet us. The wagoneer we rented was new and spotless. When we returned car the weather was cold and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Clean, efficient, and communicated well! I rented a car through the Costco Travel program this past weekend and had a great experience with Alamo at the PVD airport. The walkway to the car rental area was covered (big plus for these Floridians traveling with a baby), the rep at the counter was very helpful, and when we got to the floor to pick up the car, there were multiple options to choose from. The car was gassed up and clean. I received a few check in emails to confirm/modify the return, which was helpful when an unexpected delay caused us to be late when returning the vehicle. The whole process was a breeze and I look forward to returning in the future!
