Getting a car fixed - what a great experience with owners Ricardo & Janice. Alba's was referred to me, and I'm so grateful! With a 2019 Hyundai, I've gone to dealers only...never again - they are a nightmare!. Ricardo diagnosed & fixed my problem, they took me in without an appointment because I was fearful of an unknown issue, and a long drive to the airport pending. Voila, diagnosed, fixed, and cheerfully returned. And they were so generous 😇. Highly recommend, will always go back, and be sure you call to make appointment, because they are busy! Been coming here for years. Came in today with an $1,100 repair that another shop had recommended and got a call from them asking about why I had requested the repair. They let me know that part of the car was working fine, but found another smaller issue that I knew to be true (but didn't realize was an issue, part of my bungling trying to work on my own vehicles) that they fixed. The result was less income for their shop but a continued loyal customer. Irma's review below sounds like nonsense - an unexpected issue came up and they called you to let you know? Sounds like not their fault and a pretty professional approach to me.
