My Aunt was a resident with Alden and the experience was nothing short of fabulous. From admissions to housekeeping to personal care I could not have been more satisfied. The facility is spotless, there is no odor, and the residents are either engaged in activities or resting comfortably. The staff goes above and beyond and the communication with us was perfect.. they kept us informed and we're compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend Alden!

I cannot share how amazing this place is from the front desk staff to the nurses to the kitchen staff. Everyone is fantastic! Alexia the administrator has been incredible and so easy to work with throughout every step of the process. If you want your loved one to be treated like family, have them go to Alden of Waterford!

My father stayed here 10 days after at hospital stay. The building is clean, updated and well maintained. My problem is the lack of communication and conflicting information between the admissions director, case worker and the physical therapists. I had to have the hospice liaison help get things straight. Thank you to the nurse that was on duty Saturday August 9th at 4pm. She was very helpful in contacting the doctor and getting actual pain meds.
