I have been going here, off and on, since 2016 with both my 2014 Forester and 2001 Outback. They have been amazing every time. Wether it be for an oil change or more.

Mistakes happen, however. My mom who is low income came here with an electric issue. After spending between $800 almost $900 to not find the problem. My mom’s car has been through 4 new batteries in the last 4 years. Alert auto was explained this when they checked it… charged her for a new battery and said that it is fixed. Now the car won’t start again. New mechanic & he explained right away it’s electric. Don’t waste your time here if it’s electric. Waste of time and money. Alert Auto: my mom, not me. She doesn’t have Google maps. Your team did a disservice to an elderly client who told you she had a limited income.

Fantastic service every time I go there. I feel taken care of and confident with the work done on my vehicle. Dale kept me informed regarding what repairs and the cost. Won’t take my vehicle anywhere but Alert Automotive. Thanks for all you do!😊

The crew at Alert are the absolute best in the business. I love bringing my vehicles to the shop. They treat you like family here. They really know what they're doing and will get you back on the road safe, sound and at a fair price.

After my last two mechanics have retired a friend referred me to Alert Automotive. I have three vehicles ranging from 30 years old to 12 and they are all daily drivers, one with over 300,000 miles. I have 100% confidence in the work and the pricing they charge. They have on occasion made suggestions for work that is needed, these suggestions have saved me money by being more preventative maintenance than a full repair job. I also like the fact they they will still turn brake rotors instead of just replacing, which seems to be the norm for most shops. Their shop is also easy walking distance to the beach and downtown, making it nice if I am waiting for an oil change.
