called in to order $1500 worth of parts, i was told its very busy and was offered a call back in 10 mins.... after waiting an hour and no call back i called them instead @ 4:40 pm i was offered another call back and when i advised they already offered a call back and was not able to follow thru he started to get an attitude and starts yelling cause his employees can not handle a call back..... you guys are terrible.....

Spoke to the owner about two days ago about a driveshaft for my Jeep we spoke. He told me to come down on Saturday morning, which is today to call him ahead of time so he can know that I’m coming. I do so for him just to tell me that the job is too complicated that the car is way too far and too compact for him to be working on it at the moment I find it so Inconsiderate for them to say one thing one day and then the day comes and the whole plan switches. Alex Auto parts Y’all have to do better!!!!!

We got held up for 2000 dollars in an online scam. This is not the guy doing it, he is just trying to run his company and is also getting scammed. After doing some research I found the number of this company and talked to the owner. Very helpful. Be very careful and watch out for a guy named Ben he is using a similar name as this Company and stealing peoples money. This company Alex auto parts is very good.

Those guys are the best. Very kind attention, has a lot of auto parts. I recommend, come and visit them. If they hasn't the part will give you advice where you can explore. This need to be your very first stop in hunt point.

This place was very rude and I felt they were sexist. I was told one price on the phone and I get there the nexts day and told a higher price. After I said what I was told the owner then said I spoke with him and he never said that then walks away. If you a woman looking to come here I suggest you go else where or with a man. My mistake was trying to do this on my own. Very very rude lady behind the desk was nice but not much she can do she just an employee.
