I had a fantastic experience with Alex Auto Repairs! When my car broke down during a long trip away from home, they immediately stepped in to help. They loaned me a tool to try and fix the issue, and even when things got worse, they didn’t hesitate to assist me further — ordering the parts I needed and helping me get back on the road. The service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. If you're a local in the area, I highly recommend them — I trust them completely and will definitely recommend them if you need a fix on your travels. Great people doing great work!

Serpentine belt broke on me. Bought a new one at Auto Zone. Called Alex Auto Repair to see if they could install it…was told that they don’t work with customer parts. Guess he wanted to over-charge me for one. No option for less than zero stars.

Outstanding service. I was going through town in my jeep wrangler coming from VA headed to CA and my water pump went, coolant going everywhere out of the seal. It was the weekend and Alex's was one of few shops open. Even though they were already booked they worked late past shop hours and did an amazing job replacing my water pump and thermostat. I can't say enough good things and even with that they didn't overcharge or take advantage of me. Super service and quality repair!

Took my car in on Saturday morning at 10, ask for ONLY my spark plugs to be changed . Was told it could be done that day or by early Monday morning . Called Monday , it hadn’t even been looked at . Tuesday am they were waiting for parts . Wednesday afternoon finally done but a fuel injector was replaced , not spark plugs as I had asked . Cost me $421 and no difference in my car . Didn’t do as I simply asked over and over , took 4 days instead of 1 and a hefty bill . Do not recommend !!!

Traveling... we started having some issues and stopped in Winchester to try and find someone to help us with our repairs. And stumbled across Alex Auto repair, and Alex was there and happy to help! Very knowledgeable, speedy service and great customer service!! Highly recommend!
