Ensey Automotive

Thought I had a timing chain issue with my 2008 highlander so was dreading taking it anywhere. Called Ensey's auto to have it diagnosed. Got a call about an hour after I dropped it off , come to find out it was just the water pump (so thankful it wasn't timing chain) they sent me a quote plus a few other recommendations for issues they noticed while diagnosing the issue I was initially in for. This shows they are thoroughly inspecting my vehicle to keep it road worthy. Accepted the water pump replacement and they got on it immediately. Work was completed and I picked my highlander up the next morning. My vehicle drives amazing again and super quiet. So far about 3 months down the road and the water pump works great. They got me in and out within a week for a good price. However, certain wires that have clips were not re-attached the the engine after the reassemble, and I cannot for the life of me get the oil filter off. I have no Idea how they put it on there but I can't use my hands, oil filter tools, or even a screwdriver through the filter. I broke a screwdriver trying and am just destroying the filter more. I have no idea how I'm going to do this oil change. Edit: They towed the car and got the filter off without making me pay. Without saying why I couldn't get it off, I'm glad I gave the crew a good laugh. I definitely learned my lesson.

First time customer and was pleased with the service. They were quick with getting the job done and the guy working the desk (Jason?) was kind and easy to talk to.

Very professional, receptionist was sweet, they got me a quick appointment and told me what I needed done and they got it done that day. Everything has been good so far, and I still need a new set of tires put on and I will be going back and letting them do that when I’m ready. I see myself using them again should I need it and I will recommend them to others when the occasion arrives…

I was blown away by how quickly Ensey got us in and how quickly they finished our service work: it was done same day! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, too. Highly recommend.
