Justin and Andrew stepped in to correct a mistake made by Jiffy Lube that nearly led to an engine failure. So, I’ll definitely be taking my car to Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers in Winchester from now on. No more Jiffy Lube for me. Plus, their prices are pretty reasonable too.

This place is amazing and super quick on the work. Justin and David were super helpful and answered all of my questions with quick and educated responses. I brought in low beam headlights and had a question about installing it and they just replaced my low beam headlights for me for free! Great staff and great service highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. Kevin and Justin were friendly and got me taken care of right away. They put a couple of new tires at a fair price and had me out the door ready to roll in no time. Would definitely recommend this place.

My experience with this newly built shop was amazing. They greeted me no sooner than I pulled in!. FAST FREINDLY SERVICE!!. I could not believe how fast my oil change was. Andrew really helped break everything down price wise and Justin the store manger greeted me with a smile ive never felt more welcome in any shop ive ever been in. David who showed me my air filter and let me know about my belt going bad saved me time and money in the long run!! Highly recommend express oil change 👌 they just gained a customer for life

We had a couple of problems with a car and took it to this shop for diagnostics and repair. The shop staff was friendly and seemed to want to help. However after all was said and done we drove the car away with all the same problems it originally had after a large repair bill. They "fixed" things that were not the real problem and charged for it. I believe the real problem was cracked intake boot, and I believe they found it and didn't repair it properly. They told me they couldn't get the part without going to the oem and claimed that was a pain. So they used some adhesive to seal it off. Car broke down again on the way home from the shop. If this turns out to be the real problem then we wasted 600 dollars for a part that should be simple fix and costs around 20 dollars.
