I went to Alex Sales 3 weeks ago because I knew I needed to have the thermostat changed. I explained to Muhammad on the phone that when I drive my vehicle above 65 the thermostat needle goes into the red zone and my vehicle says engine overheating. I specifically told him that when I drive the vehicle above 65 that’s what happens. I had to call them almost 2 hours after for him to tell me that the vehicle was fine and that I needed a tune up so I gave the ok for him to do the tune up. I pick up my vehicle and was on the highway and the vehicle says overheating because I was doing more than 65. I took pics and send to him he says to come back to the shop. Of course I had to turn off the vehicle and let it cool down for a bit and drove at speed 50 to avoid the vehicle to over heat. Muhammad

My son was charged $1500 for wheel bearings just to get his car back with lights on the dashboard that was not there prior to getting the service. He had to take it back multiple times because it was grinding noises from the right side. Muhammed had my son waiting hours just to have multiple people working on the car that put a part on backwards that multiple trusted mechanics pointed out to us. There was only a check engine service light that pops up from time to time prior to getting the wheel bearings fixed just to get the car back with multiple lights on the dashboard. Firestone informed me that whoever worked on my son’s car broke the abs sensor which probably triggered the now 4 lights that flash on the dashboard. Alex is one of the most unprofessional and uneducated people I’ve ever dealt with. I understand he probably didn’t go to school, but that’s no excuse for having no manners. He acts like he’s the biggest mechanic on earth but can’t even communicate properly with customers. He goes ahead and buys parts or does work without communicating or getting approval, then tries to charge you for it afterward, pretending he’s helping. I even had to call the police because of how disrespectful he was when I wanted my car back — but he went silent the moment the police arrived. Be careful dealing with him. And Alex, if you’re reading this: do better. Learn how to talk and show respect to your clients jerk . I am going to keep posting reviews so people know how unprofessional you are.

Outstanding service. I was greeted with a smile and he answered all my questions straight up. There wasn't any hidden fees or unnecessary services offered. I had my emissions done today and I was literally in and out. There is parking on site, the waiting area is small and a little hot but there are restaurants and stores you could walk to. Highly recommend for your car service needs and will definitely do business with them again.
