Alfa Romeo of Raleigh Service

I had an issue with my turbo, so at first I took it to another Alfa service center. The other dealership told me I had to replace my turbo because it was failing. I spoke with my extended warranty company and they said the dealer was charging 2.5x the billable hours and that I was responsible for the overage (this is typical). I called Alfa Raleigh, and they quoted me only 1.5x the billable hours, potentially saving me $800. When I brought my car to them, I worked with Sabre, who was super knowledgable about the issue and took awesome care of me while I was waiting for their diagnostics to paint the same picture as the other dealership. I had a rattle noise coming from my engine bay on my '17 Giulia. The staff sent me videos and kept me in the loop on the troubleshooting of the car. They stayed in contact and worked with me every step of the way. The staff here are very friendly and professional. I'm glad I decided to bring my Alfa here. Also the source of the rattle was the oil pump drive gear being loose.

They hoarded part numbers and refused to give it out when I asked. This should tell you that they overprice the cost of their parts!!! Call another alfa romeo dealer in nc and ask for part numbers, make sure they're not scamming you! The only reason they don't give them out is that they know you can get it for much cheaper online!
