Great job to just diagnose a problem with blown fuse on our HVAV system.i have been chasing this for 6 months and none of the forums led me to what was actually wrong. Great communication to explain the issue and cost of repair. Excellent job fixing the problem and even came in slightly under estimate. I highly recommend this shop!

Alice's will be my go to place for all automotive service!! Customer service by Alice and Chandler is first rate and courteous. My 2007 75K miles Nissan Frontier was making a grinding noise when I pressed the brake pedal; Chandler diagnosed it; said front pads and rotors should be replaced; rears had some life left and OK; I chose to do all four; the rotors and pads are NAPA parts kits; Alice verified that the brakes worked correctly with a test drive (made sure there was no heat coming out of the new brakes and calipers worked correctly); truck has never stopped better; Happy Camper

This is the only place in town that I bring my vehicles for repairs. Service is outstanding and prices are reasonable. They've always let me know the costs involved beforehand. All repairs I've had done here are holding up excellent and they'll schedule you as soon as is humanly possible. (Which is usually pretty darn quick in my opinion!)

This is one of the best mechanics we have in this area. Chandler is smart enough to know when to fix a car or when to send it down the road so countryside can train some new highschooler. The quality of the work is second to hi none. I would recommend Alice's automotive to any one who wants a mechanic that will explain what's wrong in terms you can understand and give a bill that won't break the bank. Keep up the great work.
