I want to express my gratitude to George Whipple, The Glass Guy, for the outstanding service he provided during a recent window emergency I had experienced. The front window on my travel trailer shattered while traveling on the I-80/90 late in the afternoon. The weather was raining and sleeting and 32° and I was hours from my home in Michigan. George had already put in a full day of work and home with his family, and when he receives a call for help, he kindly came out to replace the shattered window. From the moment he arrived, he started to assess the situation and took the time to listen to my concerns on not compromising the integrity of the 62-years-old aluminum original window frame and provided a fair price and expert advice on the necessary repairs. These guys do a Fantastic job,! They even took their time to remove the glue that had been along my ORIGINAL windshield for years! Removed my old windshield in a timely manner& I highly recommend them for any glass removals or repairs. Very pleased& grateful.

I have had the Glass Guy replace the glass in a few broken windows, he also did total window replacements for me. I will definitely be calling him again to replace more windows in my house. Very professional, super nice, explains everything and did an amazing job! His office assistant is very knowledgeable and gets him to the job on time. Great company!
