I cannot say enough good things about Countryside Towing. After my vehicle was damaged during a tow, they immediately took it back to inspect it and took full responsibility without hesitation. They ordered the necessary parts, completed the repairs properly, and even had the vehicle aligned to ensure everything was safe and driving correctly. What truly impressed me was the level of integrity and customer service. They delivered my vehicle back to my home and even put half a tank of gas in it. When I asked if I could repay them for anything, they simply asked for a Google review. In a world where accountability can be hard to find, this company absolutely stands out. Honest, professional, and committed to doing the right thing. I highly recommend them.

I cannot stress how amazing they were! We stayed by the lake for Thanksgiving and with all the snow the roads were really bad. My sisters car had sunk in the gravel and was stuck, I called him and they came within 5 mins got her unstuck and my husband with kids in our van had gotten stuck after trying to turn around due to some other cars stuck in the road. He loaded up the van on the tow truck to get us safely to the gas station and was helping all the cars on the road. Communication and customer service was on an entirely different level! Warms our hearts to know there are still such wonderful people in the world 😊 My kids are still talking about how funny and nice he was! We have a 5 hr drive and he even asked us to message/call when we are home safe 🥰 If you need em def give em a call

So impressed with the outstanding service that was given to my family today as 2 of the vehicles that were traveling with us got stuck and one off the road. Quick 5 minutes and he was there! Highly recommend Countryside for any towing needs. Jefferson, one of the tow truck drivers, has towed 2 vehicles for our family now. April 2024 he towed my Bronco when it got a flat from Montpelier, OH back to Angola. Today, 9/18/2025, he towed my daughter's car from Angola to Fremont when it overheated. He always goes above and beyond for us. Took the time to look at her car for us to give his thoughts and genuinely cared. Bravo Countryside and Jefferson! We truly appreciate your team!

Jefferson was awesome! My truck left me stranded on the interstate 15 minutes from home. He responded so fast, and got me home, within the hour of me calling for the tow. The professionalism of this young man, made this old lady feel safe and relaxed. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my truck and for the reasonable price!
