Just picked up my 2006 6.0 PSD from Gerry and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I have gone through many mechanics in the area and have experienced just about everything negative that you possibly could but I have not one negative about my experience at All American Auto. Gerry knows his stuff, his wife Eileen is so pleasant, their pricing is very fair for the quality they provide and most importantly they got my truck in and finished when they said they would. It’s unfortunate I am moving out of state cause I feel like I finally found a worthwhile diesel mechanic to help me keep my fleet on the road but I will certainly bring my trucks in to Gerry when I am in Arizona every winter. An unexpected oil change away from home when the low oil message came up. After three tries, I found this veteran owned company that had an immediate opening. They are off 69 on E Valley Rd. They took care of my car quickly, and I waited in the lobby, but I didn't wait long. Service was friendly and I felt like my business was appreciated. TY.

I am very satisfied with the service I recently received here. Jerry (and staff) took the time to fully diagnose the problem I had been experiencing and returned to me a great running truck. Jerry and Ilene are great professionals to work with.

Just facts; I've been bringing my vehicles here for awhile now. Jerry and Ilene have been honest with me. I stay with them because I've found no one better than them (I've used other shops in the area before). The last job I had them do came in with a lower cost than they quoted. Jerry is a good guy and provides good service. I've never had any reason to question their honesty and forthrightness. I asked him why he didn't charge for some of the time. He said, "I just wanted to be fair". He could have charged me more, I was expecting it to be more. My daughters were recently in Prescott and had called me when I was in Colorado letting me know there was a problem with our car - Jeep Liberty CRD. I called the shop here and they were really busy (good sign) and said that they didn't have time at the moment and typically only work with certain diesel vehicles. When I explained the situation of where I was and where my daughters were, the representative (sorry, forgot your name) said to have them come on by and that he would look at it. They did and my kids said that they were very helpful and friendly. They did a diagnostic for them at no charge printing out a number of pages of what it could be. I'm very thankful for these guys at Diesel Dogz!
