Hero status to the people who work here. Especially the boss, James, who came in on his day off and did not charge me for his time. You will not find mechanics like this who will go out of there way, and possibly even lose money to keep a custom safe. We came to Prescott from Oregon for my Mom who had a stroke (with two small children in tow). Our 2019 Durango, had just been rebuilt after a collision 6 months ago. I dropped the Durango off to Michelle (another wonderful human) after feeling that there was an issue with the drivers side front end. They quickly identified a bad CV axle/boot… and had it replaced by the end of the day. After picking it up and driving off, I noticed a concerning rumble/vibration. I called them, and Michelle didn’t even skip a beat in asking me yo turn right

Great experience overall. Michelle checked me in, clearly explained the costs, and went over the free car diagnostic. She was friendly and respectful of my time. I needed the service done quickly since I was traveling to see family for the holidays, and they made it happen. Danny did a great job with the oil change. I really appreciated the smooth and efficient service.

I had the best experience with mechanics loving up my car, at this location that I’ve ever had. All of the staff is so kind, but Michelle was above and beyond. She welcomed me and made me feel at home and then at the end when she showed me a list of other ways I could love up my car, she guided me through it with a gentleness, not putting pressure on anything. I felt a better understanding for ways I could help my car out and what on the list was most important to do first etc. Michelle was fantastic and so was the team working with her, including Danny who did some work on my vehicle. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for work needed. They are knowledgeable, kind, loving, great workers and fun to connect with.

Love this store! I bought a car for my teenage daughter and asked them to go over everything and make sure it was safe since it was older and might have some issues. The employees were super nice, especially Dylan. He made a note on the work order for the tech that I had purchased the car for my daughter, they were very thorough. Then they went over the details of the work I needed done to make the care safe for her and what could wait until later for fixing. They gave me discounts on everything I saved several hundred dollars. When I came to get the car, they greeted me by name as soon as I walked in. I felt like a regular, already. I will definitely use them from now on!

5 star service at Brakes Plus in Prescott Valley! I brought my car in for a free inspection today and they told me I was good to go- no repairs needed. Michelle and Dylan were very helpful and friendly. I value their transparency, along with informative and kind customer service!
