I highly recommend AutoWorks as they not only go out of there way but they are a caring company. After talking with Sierra, they got my vehicle in right away to replace the brake pads and brake sensors. They are knowledgeable, honest, and don't pressure anyone into unnecessary work. Sierra communicated clearly throughout the entire process. AutoWorks is a friendly, reliable team that gets the job done right in a timely manner and at a fair price !

First time using Autoworks, there is a difference between satisfied and impressed...we are impressed! They did a great job on our older Mercedes. From how well they understood what was needed, to quickly responding to an additional request. The car was immaculate upon return the warranty on their services is unmatched. Outstanding professionals! Needed an exterior door handle replaced. The entire team was friendly, thoughtful, quick and communicative throughout the process. Although the initial replacement part arrived damaged, I appreciate their swift response, and they even offered a loaner sedan for the extra time. So grateful for them!

This shop is the best in town. Employees are friendly and trustworthy, they know what they are doing. Easy to make appointments. I have been taking my car at this shop for years. If your car will take most of the day they will give you a loaner at no additional cost. I most definitely will recommend this shop.
