Huge shoutout to All Audi & VW for quick, exceptional service! Went in for engine issues which were swiftly diagnosed and thoroughly inspected to be a timing belt failure and cracked thermostat housing. The mechanics were caring and kind and I’m so grateful they took care of me! Thank you guys I hope you and your families have a wonderful rest of the year and new one to come.

I recently had some work done on my VW Beetle. I was definitely OVERCHARGED and the work was left incomplete. Parts were reused (I know this because I left the part in the back of my vehicle & the same piece was reattached) and bolts were left off. I had to bring it back shortly after picking it up because they said they replaced the headlights and I found out the hard way - in a snow storm, at night, that they did NOT replace them. I do NOT recommend using them. I know I will NEVER take my vehicle back there again. I believe it’s under “new” ownership since I have used them in the past and it is definitely not the same quality of work it once was.

Super awesome experience. This company checks all the boxes.! Highly recommended if you have a Audi that has a quirky problem. Pretty sure Randy has seen it !

My husband and I took our Audi Q7 to All Audi & VW for an engine gasket replacement. We already had a previous diagnosis, and their quote was the most affordable one for us. It’s worth mentioning that their diagnosis wasn’t the same as the one we had before, but we still decided to go ahead and paid over $1,000 for the repair. Just four days later, the car showed low oil again. We took it back, thinking it would be covered under warranty, but they charged us about $50 for another “inspection” and gave us a random guess that it might be the spark plugs or something else. A week later, the EPC light and check engine light came on, and now it’s showing seven new issues that weren’t there before. They asked us to bring it back again, but with no guarantee they’ll fix anything — and of course

This company is awesome! I've brought my volkswagens to you guys for repairs and you guys always do outstanding work and do your best to not charge ridiculous rates like the dealerships. Also my cars headliner is coming off on the drivers side and you guys went out of your way to tuck it in so it's not sagging now thank you Jennifer and randy I Will always use you guys and recommend you to everyone! Thanks again for everything you guys do!
