NICK! IS!! AMAZING!!! He underpromised and over-delivered. Our truck went in looking ROUGH and came out looking AWESOME. Whoever hired Nick needs a promotion and whoever is responsible for keeping him needs kudos too. Please keep that dude happy, he's a HUGE benefit to your company, from great communication to shooting straight to breaking bad news in the most diplomatic way to then finding creative means to compensate for the bad news and thereby turning it to good, Nick is a keeper.
