I brought my Lance trailer (purchased at a different dealer) in for a few minor repairs prior to expiration of the warranty. Upon inspection, Chris detected a subtle, but potentially serious, installation error with the two axles. I was previously unaware of this problem. Trailer World was able to pursue a warranty claim with the axle manufacturer. I now have two new axles on my trailer, all covered by the warranty. Chris's attention to detail and Trailer World's persistence in getting my axles covered on warranty was impressive. Had I not gotten this taken care of under warranty, it would have cost me thousands of dollars. This is a customer focused, family owned, business. I had a great experience with the whole team here. I was looking for a specific model and they had one at a fantastic price, so I was traveling from out of state to pick it up. They communicated great via email and even sent me a personal walkthrough video so I could see everything before making the trip. Upon arrival, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I bring my truck camper in about once a year here to get it worked on. Last time I got a diesel heater installed, they did a fantastic job and it was affordable. As I was leaving I noticed my trailer lights for the truck camper weren't working. Even though it was after closing, a nice young man who worked there fixed the faulty wiring so that I could be on my way. He wouldn't let me pay him. 10/10, these guys are awesome and know their stuff.

We bought a small used trailer that was exactly what we were looking for at a great price. It was easy to check it out with zero pressure from sales. Every step of the process was simple and thorough.
