The Ash and Frank was patient, supportive, and truly worked with me every step of the way. Even when the DMV was being problematic, they never gave up on me. They stayed professional, positive, and determined to make sure everything was handled properly. What stood out the most was that they genuinely cared about making sure I left happy—and I did. I walked out with a smile on my face and a car, and I couldn’t be more grateful. After looking at 37 cars, over three states, I found the perfect car in my own backyard at All County. Frank and Ash were professional and courteous. The BMW 35i that I bought was pristine and Frank’s knowledge about he vehicle was priceless. Buying from them was quick and utterly pleasant. I can’t believe what a seamless purchase this was. I purchased a BMW car after seeing an advertisement on Facebook, where the seller Carlos from facebook directed me to All County Auto Sales and I dealt with Frank in person. At the time of purchase, the vehicle already showed a rear brake sensor warning, and Frank promised that this issue would be fixed the following Monday, which is why I proceeded with the purchase. After the sale, I contacted the dealership multiple times and was repeatedly told that the part was ordered but had not arrived, and the repair was never completed.
