Do not use this tow company! I called in for a simple tow from Schaumburg to Rockford which is only an hour away. The guy I talked to quoted me $300 which was cool but then he quoted me $350 dollars all because one of his truckers was on a time and that he possibly couldn’t get to my vehicle until the morning. I obliged and said that it would be fine. I called back later on to confirm that he still could in which he said that he could get it the same day but I would have to get to the location in 30 minutes if I wanted my car back the same day and that he would only charge me $300 once I confronted him about it through text about the $50 increase. They had my truck for over a month to swap the motor and I gave them another truck with everything they need. Then go to pick it up... finally. And my radio, 2 - 15 inch subs stolen out of my truck. They told me I should've took my subs out. Now they have a lawsuiton their hands
