My daughter contacted me on her Garmin inreach she was stranded with no cell phone service and a flat tire by herself.. I was in Cleveland working. Carrie was extremely nice and reassuring! She told me what vehicle and who to expect so that I can relay it to my daughter so that she would be reassured. Absolutely outstanding service!!

Van wouldn't start while on a trip to Seneca Rocks. Matt arrived within an hour, quickly got us hooked up and hauled the vehicle to Moorefield Dodge dealership. Very fast, personable, and professional. Thanks!

First off, they answered the phone on a Sunday morning which is no guarantee in Petersburg so that was much appreciated. Also, they arrived within an half hour and got straight to work. They took care not to damage my vehicle more than it already was while loading it on the roll back so I highly recommend this company over others in the area. This price was less than expected as well.

I limped into this place on my donut spare tire after getting a flat up at Dolly Sods...it was quite the hike and wasn't sure I'd get any help. I'm happy to report though that I was wrong! The had me pull into a bay and set about looking at my tire (which was punctured by a pebble) and spending 15 minutes or so trying to patch it...they thought it was good to go but alas there was still a leak....and I thought I was screwed but then the gentleman (unfortunately I forgot his name) found a used tire that was the same height. It was a little wider but the got it on the rim and on my car...I paid $25 and was on my way! Super grateful for their help and patience 🙏

Yall don’t understand just how amazing TJ and his wife are. They came and got me for a tow after my tire gave up on me 200 miles from home. Not only did they get me off the side of the road (thank god), they also both call everyone they possibly knew to try to find me a place to get my car fixed so that I could get home (it’s Labor Day weekend). They helped me make a game plan, gave me as many options as they could. They made sure that I could find a place to stay for the night and even stopped so we could get food. Truly they were amazing, made me feel like a friend and MOST importantly… they made me feel safe and make sure that I was safe before I left. I could not thank them enough! If you get TJ, you are in good hands!
