My trailer tire was not repaired properly I drove all the way from VA just to find out it was not fixed and it was off the rim I could have had an accident the air valve stem was not on the tire and my tire was damaged really bad and could have resulted in a horrible accident please be mindful if you have to go here this is unacceptable for a semi truck this could have went wrong in so many ways….

Had tires put on was not informed that one of my studs was snapped off , called for an appointment took a week by that time two more studs broke off and my tire almost fell off. Went in at 8:00 this morning because it was their mistake their fault , don't you know they charged me for their mistake that almost killed me and my children, my tire almost fell off! All I had was two studs holding my tire on out of five! And the woman who works there is absolutely ignorant she doesn't care all she cares about is schedule she doesn't care about your life were your children's lives she just cares about if you have an appointment! I definitely will not be going back in the future. The manager though is an awesome guy he's very kind and wants to hear you I want to hear what you have to say but I don
