Great buying experience! Worth the 1.5 hour drive. I have been wanting a side by side for years. Finally decided it was time. Called 2 dealers closer to me. The local shop wanted to over charge on all parts and also charge freight and prep, didn't want to even consider price matching. The other place never called or emailed me back with a quote even after I sent a follow up email. Tri County had excellent communication and responded timing. Once we arrived we got a full tour of the machine and all of our paperwork was ready to go. We were in and out in about an hour. Machine has already been registered with Polaris and I received notice today that all paperwork is in the mail. They know what good customer service looks like! Highly recommend the team at Tri County!

Passed several other dealers on my 3.5 hour drive to Petersburg. Eric in Sales was easy to work with and Jenny in Finance worked hard to expedite my deal. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this place again. Oh, and the restaurant next door makes a good breakfast.

We were able to call ahead and get all the info we need, completed the financing info online, test drove our new side by side when we got there, and were in and out with our new toy in less than an hour, even got free t-shirts! The staff was friendly and professional. If your in the market, I highly recommend giving them a visit.

We drove 5 hours to Tri County Honda to pick up my R7 and we'll do it again for any future purchases. Although there are plenty of dealerships in my area Tri Countys customer service, professionalism, environment, and deals on inventory is TOP TIER 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. They knew I was on a tight schedule and went above and beyond to get us processed and loaded ASAP. It's always nice to walk away from a sale not feeling overwhelmed. What a top notch outfit. Every customer that I saw walk in including me was greeted immediately (many by name). I've been in my share of motorcycle shops over the years....not always a great experience on the helpfulness and cheerfulness factor. Every single one of the employees I interacted with was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. I've been in sales most of my life. I like to think I note good/great sales experiences and great customer service. This place is very clean and much bigger than I thought upon pulling in the parking lot. Plus they have a really nice gun shop in back. Guns, motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs. Doesn't get much better than that!
