Joey and the rest of the staff at All Pro are top notch. Had a problem with my truck and asked around to find out where I should take it. Everyone told me to take it to them and said they were the best. Took them 10 minutes to diagnose the problem. Very up front and honest people. Will always bring my business here.

I had a friend take their car there with transmission problems so the shop repaired the transmission and charged $4500. The transmission constantly leaked transmission fluid and my friend took the car back to fix the leak but the shop never fixed it. The transmission ran out of fluid and burnt up and was impounded. After my friend spent $800 to get the car out of impound, my friend had it towed to this shop. The shady owner of the shop said the warranty only covered 1 year but it had been one year and 3 days so they wouldn't warranty the rapairs even though the leak was brought to their attention before the warranty expires. My friend is elderly and without a vehicle. They are saving up the funds to retain a lawyer now.

Great place for any auto repair. Very reasonable pricing. Been using them for about 5 years and have saved money on repairs.

Fantastic shop, great customer service. Dealership had me book an appointment to get my AC fixed, then t old me I had to leave it with them a week for a diagnosis and then I 'might' get it back the week after - I have three small kids, not having our van wasn't an option. Called All Pro on my way home, and they said to bring it by for a diagnosis. They diagnosed it in under 5 minutes, had a band-aid fix applied, and the part was ready the next day. I dropped it off this morning at 8 am and had it back, fixed, and blowing cold air by noon. I'll be driving to this shop from an hour away when we move - you've made a loyal customer of my family. An excellent experience with All Pro. Our car needs a 22-inch specialized type of tire, and I thought I'd need to look in Baton Rouge or somewhere else, or online to find a set. A friend referred me to All Pro and after a quick visit they had appropriate tires located, and I was back in a couple days to have them installed on my chosen appointment date. Tim and his team are competent and focused on great work and great customer service. Pricing is very fair and you can tell you are dealing with people of integrity. Definitely now my favorite automotive shop in the Cenla area, and we will do business with them on all of our vehicles going forward.
