All Purpose Towing LLC

Mike and the team really went above and beyond to help us when we were stranded today. Mike helped us find a ride home and was even helping us crunch numbers to see if it was better to have our car fixed with him or back home. Truly appreciated. They are such nice guys, I can’t say enough great things about them!! (Turns out it was the axle, Mike. Easier repair than we thought, thank goodness!)

Trying to get home to Kansas City from our family vacation in Kentucky and we broke down in Mt. Vernon. I called a lot of folks, but Mike from All Purpose picked up the phone. We got our van to a mechanic that day. They even came to our hotel and picked up the key for me! Great service. Friendly and helpful. They told us to call if we needed anything during our unexpected stay. I think he actually meant it. Thanks!

Know one wants to total out a car, nor do they expect someone to care as much as Mike does with All Purpose Towing! This man will not release your car without speaking to you first, regardless of your insurance companies demands. Willing to go the extra mile to get extra belongings out that we couldn’t due to power issues. Even called me to drop an item off that I forgot. It’s been a long few weeks but he def made sure things went as smooth as possible. I hope I never have to use a tow again, but I know who I’ll call if I need one! Great work! I would recommend to anyone reading this post!

I called because my truck got stuck in a driveway. He was so nice. Letting me know it was going to be a 1/2 hour before he got there. A few minutes after calling a nice farmer pulled me out. I called the towing service back to let them know and he again was so nice. Genuinely glad that I was out. Just on his customer service and thoughts of my welfare I would recommend him to everyone. Just don't find that kind of care in many places these days.

I almost never give five stars to someone, you have to go above and beyond and these guys certainly did. Our alternator went out on I-64 just west of town. They towed our truck within and gave us and our dog a ride to our hotel within an hour. The next day they fixed the issue (yes, they do some auto repair as well!) and brought the truck to our hotel and made a point of getting it done before we had to check out. Mike and his crew gave old-fashioned service that is rarely found these days.
