Came highly recommended, so very disappointed when we got over an hour away to find the air intake box and filter in the back seat. The owner did meet us out (at 9p) and offer a free oil change, but our trust is broken. The dealerships act like your money will keep the lights on, individual mechanic places like this really do need the money, but for what we needed and paid should never have found anything other than the parts replaced (broken parts) in our back seat. Will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Went in to have my air serviced, was informed that I didn't need feon, but was a blown fuse, didn't change my air filter with the service but was charged 182. 00 for a fuse that blew again as I was driving home. The problem was really my air compressor, which they would have known that if they really had serviced my air system so I ended up having to pay an additional a700 for them to replace the air compressor. Still ended up having to take it elsewhere to have a new filter installed, because they didn't bother to change it. When I asked why I was being still charged the 182.00 for a service fee, when they didn't change the filter, or put any freon in or correctly diagnose the problem. Jeremy and his staff are amazing. Ended up getting gas that had water in it. They had us back up and running by the end of the day. They took the time to get us back on the road. We had a panel come off on the highway on the way to driving my daughter to college across country. The shop my insurance suggested wouldn’t help us so we drive by this shop and randomly stopped by to ask for help. The gentlemen was so nice and friendly. Explained the issue and fixed it quickly. Was definitely a HUGE help to a stressful trip. Thank you so much

AMAZING! I was taking my daughter back to school in St. Louis from Kentucky and my truck broke down just after 4 pm on a Wednesday. I called around and sure one would help. My wife called Porter’s from Kentucky. They arrived with coolant, got us to their garage and had us back on the road by 7! They worked overtime and charged a fair price. Thank you! I don’t know what we would have done because there were no car rentals anywhere!
