All Seasons Auto Wash

I would give it a zero if it were possible. I went to get my pickup washed. The attendant told me I couldn't go through because of leaves and debris in the box. There were maybe 30 leaves in the box, but I also have a 250 lb. block of concrete I have framed in for weight. I put it in in October, and take it out in May. He said I would have to take that out also. I have been through this car wash, and never ran into this nonsense. His reasoning was there may be dirt on the block of concrete, and that may be passed on to the next car. There can,t be any dirt on it, because I went through this car wash many times before. He pointed to a sign that reads all debris must be removed from the box of pickup trucks. This is what I would call substituting rules for brains. He gave me a slip of

Rude and belligerent worker! I had troubles paying on their machine as did several others in front of me. I did everything the screen said but nothing. This gentleman walked over and said “you need to read” in a very condescending tone and then told me numerous times that they washed over 700 cars and I’m the only one that had a problem. He took my money, banned me from the property for 48 hours, gave me a credit for a car wash and when things got heated because he got louder when I told him I followed the prompts, he banned me forever. I’ve used this car wash often, never had a problem, always had great results but I will not be bullied. Great car wash but there are others.

Poor customer service. The attendant was very rude and acting aggressively towards me for no reason. When i addressed his attitude towards me he did not let me get my car washed and told me i had to leave because he runs that place. he was so rude and i did nothing to him. He just decided to take his anger out on me and i did not appreciate his behavior. If you do not have good customer service skill and are going to be talking down to customers than you should not be an employee in a customer service job.

Car wash is ok. I paid 20 full wash just to come out with soap and the boys in the front just pass water not good for a $20 wash

Don’t use this place. Car wash brushes scratched my vehicle and they don’t care. Tried repeatedly to contact and no success.
