All the parts were ordered ahead of time, they had very accurate and helpful insurance estimates, and I had all of my questions answered! Two weeks after getting a new car I was on the highway when I saw an elk and 4 deer blocking the road. I had slowed down as fast as I could but still hit the elk at a low speed. I am so pleased with the professional job done on my hood! The factory red of my Jeep is not easy to match but Fernando Gonzalez at All Star did it beautifully. I picked this place based on the reviews and I am glad I did! Top notch customer service. Jackie made the process so easy and smooth for me. My car was ready when they said it would be. The repairs look phenomenal, it seriously looks better than it did before the accident. They worked with the insurance company for me to ensure I got all the repairs I needed. I had to get a rental car and they took care of everything for me, no stress or issues. I will never go anywhere else should I need this service again.
