We were traveling from Mn. and I thought I had a transmission issue (high stress) SW transmission diagnosed that I had no transmission issue, I just needed new set of plugs / tune up. They were very busy with previous work and recommended another local shop for the tune up. They performed that and we were able to enjoy the 2nd half of our vacation!! SW transmission did not even charge me for the diagnostic testing!! Thank you, Larry Iverson
I had my transmission replaced in my Chevy truck over a year ago then suddenly couple days ago It wasn't shifting. Gino was amazing. Took a look at it fixed it and didn't charge me even though it was out of warranty something to do with a part that he had used, but he was a perfect gentleman, honest And very kind I will definitely go back to them and recommend them Angela Margardino
Gino and Rob in Show Low and Holbrook did a great job replacing my transmission and figuring out other issues. Very professional, courteous, and respectful. Would recommend these guys a 1000 times over. Thanks guys!
If I could give zero I would. When I asked about getting my transmission flushed I was told not to because it would "shock" the system. Believing they know what they're talking about i waited. Transmission specialist after all. Well turns out thats complete bs and really just they're way of hoping you'll mess your transmission up and they get more money. Just wow. I've been now told by multiple mechanics it needs flushed. Disappointed
Awesome transmission shop! I had them rebuild the transmission in my f250 a year ago. About 14 months later I was camping down the road and the truck went into limp mode. I limped it to southwest and they found a solenoid went bad. Since they didn't know ow why they fixed it for me free even though the trans was a couple of months out of warranty! Gino is the man! Go and see them if your in the area and have ANY transmission needs!
