In this day an age of shady dealerships, overpriced service repairs, and the classic "Low Blinker Fluid" refill at your tire center's repair shop. It is hard finding a place that is both reliable and goes that extra mile to ensure customer service is there. I did not think I would find a place like this, but Dave and his team showed me to believe again in mechanics shops that aren't my very own garage haha. Thank you again for everything Dave! Your shop, and most importantly your service, is exemplary.

One year ago Christmas Eve I was stranded in Apache Junction five days prior to that I took my truck into Pitt Road automotive to have the differential pinion seal changed David had trouble getting the front axle out and actually damaged it to the point that he had to replace that axle he also replaced an axle you joint and axle seal telling me that they were damaged, he actually had a difficult time just pulling the axles out of the front differential and having damaged one he couldn’t get that part so I had to get a motel room overnight in showlow and rent a car for that evening and the next day when I went to pick up my truck the bill was $ 3700 so I paid that and left, and like I said a few days later I went into South Phoenix and Mesa and as I approached Mesa I heard a howl from the

Driving up from the valley last week in 110 deg heat and our AC went out 20 minutes into the trip. We called around the to the bigger shops and got the run around with no guarantees of prompt service. We called Pit Road and David was very friendly and helpful, and promised to get on it first thing the next day. After a very sweaty trip to Show Low, we dropped off our Honda CRV at the shop after hours. Early the next morning, David called with a clear and simple explanation of the diagnosis, the out-the-door cost, and said they could do the work the same day. Pit Road did a thorough job of inspecting my vehicle even finding (serious) issues overlooked by the previous auto shop. Pit Road went above and beyond what was quoted for service and price. I definitely recommend giving this shop your business.

This shop went out of their way to help source a fuel pump that was scarce due to a recall. They were very helpful, very polite, very professional, and completed the repair just as soon as the part could be sourced. No upselling, no added charges. Just good old-fashioned customer service.
