Very unprofessional will keep your deposits if they feel like it or if they dont like you ESPECIALLY the agawam location, agents are great management is awful

If you're looking to rent an SUV or a passenger van, highly recommend this place. Staff is very courteous, prices are very reasonable and vehicles are very clean and well maintained. I was looking around for a passenger van for a family outing, I was lucky to come across this place. Recommend calling in advance to make sure vehicle is available.

I come to MA every year, sometimes more than once a year and for long periods ( month or more ) From Florida .... i used to rent right at the airport and paid outrageous prices...... then I found and I will always use All Star, not only are their prices fair. And their cars nice and clean.... . but if I have to change the dates of my arrival or departure they are more than accommodating!! Definitely recommend!!!!

Fair prices on new well cared for Ford vehicles of all kinds. Extra friendly and helpful staff at rental counter We rent mostly Explorers and Expositions and 12 and 15 passenger vans for our business many times a month amd our clients ate always complimentary about comfort of vehicles
