I broke down there traveling from Colorado to Quartzsite Arizona. I have a Ford Transit high top camper van, and the fuel pump in the tank had quit on me. I checked another auto repair and they could not get to it for 2 weeks, but these guys said they could start that afternoon. They were able to get the parts the next day which was not in the city, from-Santa Fe. They repaired it that day and And I was on the road again that evening. I had to stay in a motel 1 night, and one of the bosses or owner Manuel, gave me and my e-bike a ride to my motel, (very grateful) great guy! I am back in Colorado now and everything worked just fine all the way to Quartzsite and back. I came to this business via several local recommendations. All Terrain Transmissions came thru for me in a big way while traveling. They were friendly, super informed and really went above and beyond to make me feel safe on the road. This was not an easy job and late on a Friday! Highly recommended for excellent skill and service.
Manuel, Lauren and the rest of the team did a great job helping not only fix my truck but to get to the shop in the first place. I was atop Johnson Mesa when the transmission let go, so had to get to pavement first. Lauren helped find a tow company to pick up the truck at the location. Manuel and the team did the work needed and nothing extra. Parts were a challenge to source and I appreciate the efforts to find and pick them up.
Quick and high integrity. I broke down while travelling through and they got me back on the road within a day. Very up front about all charges and the estimate they gave me was what I was billed. Service was friendly and helpful as well for someone stranded far from home. Thank you!
Honest and respectful. The techs are very kind even took me to my hotel!! And the front clerk is very nice. I had to take a nap in the show room. She still treated me with respect
