I just want to give a shout out to John , an employee at the LV location. I went in this morning not sure what was going on with my vehicle. John was so very helpful, kind and professional. Much more capable and accommodating than other places in Las Vegas. I needed filters and regular maintenance items they were ordered and here next day, everywhere else couldn't get the parts or didn't even stock them. They were reasonable on price as well, even cheaper than online. Thanks again.

I have been meaning to write this for the past 3 weeks. I am from Dallas and was driving through northern New Mexico when my check engine light came on. I stopped at O'Reilly and Auto Zone to look for a MAF sensor, as that is what the indicator was. Thankfully, they were both out, and then I saw Napa. Employee Steven was going to install the MAF sensor, but noticed a badly ripped intake boot was the problem. They did not have the intake boot in stock, so he refunded the MAF sensor and massively duct-taped the boot/hose so I could safely drive to the dealership in Albuquerque. Three different mechanics in Dallas could not find the problem with this car because they didn't look for that issue, but he recognized it immediately and fixed it.
