Awesome customer service from the whole team!!! I worked with Mike Walsh at the parts counter and he was very knowledgeable of what to do and how to go about things.! He went above and beyond for me thank you team!!

We brought our truck to Allegiance Hartford for a PM, oil change, and diagnosis of an oil leak. After picking the truck up, we later discovered the radio was missing. At the time of pickup, the radio was not turned on, so the issue was not immediately noticed. What is most concerning is that Allegiance Hartford was the only place the truck was left in another party’s possession, and it remained there for about a week. There was no break-in on our property, which is confirmed by surveillance cameras, yet responsibility was immediately denied. Instead of working collaboratively to resolve the issue, the response we received was dismissive and defensive. Parts counter guys are friendly and helpful. I started to need a part frequently that they didn't stock and they began stocking it so I no longer have to wait for it to come from out of state and I'm not nearly a large customer for them.

Worked with Michael and Larry here over he phone. I've had a very good experience with them. They are very detailed with their inspections and work to be done. Brought my truck over to their team after I purchased it for a dot inspection. I paid them around $4,000 for a laundry list of repairs. Thousands of miles later I've made thousands of dollars with the truck and have only had to bring it in for it's a regular service check up since. Give them 4 stars because a week ago they replaced a headlight bulb for $200, the bulb went out again and they won't cover it.
