Allegiance Trucks

I had a very troubling experience with this dealership and would strongly caution any business owner considering servicing or purchasing a truck from here. My box truck was brought in for a coolant issue. From the start, communication was extremely poor, calls were not returned, timelines kept getting pushed with vague explanations and no clear diagnosis was made for weeks. It felt like unnecessary delays rather than fixing anything. While the truck was in their custody, the catalytic converter was stolen from the vehicle on their property. I was shocked to learn that the facility does not have security cameras or a security system at all! They even acknowledged the owner was too cheap and refused to pay for such a thing. This is NOT Hall and Fuhs. Way to may hidden fees. They were going to charge me $380 die a diagnostic fee for an alignment that I already knew I needed. I complained and they drop it to $200. That's never a good sign. Be carful for the "shop supplies" they add at the end of the bill. This an arbitrary number that can be any amount. They said it was for spray to mark the tire and clean a clog for the air filter that they already charged me $38 in labor. Worse repair experience I have ever had in 25 years in business.

This was my first time buying a commercial vehicle. Brian Costigan made the process incredibly seem less. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I purchased an Isuzu dump truck and Brian was the only person I could find who was able to fill my order. I traveled to pick up the vehicle and we were able to do all of the paper work electronically. Once I arrived, I signed a few papers and got the truck keys. I had a “that’s it…?” moment lol. I will definitely be purchasing from HFI and Brian in the future.

Outstanding service. Needed to overhaul an Isuzu and Im glad I chose HFI Truck Center. Great team of guys at the counter, especially Bill. Answered all my questions and helped me find parts with diagrams explaining in detail all parts needed. Afterward I'd receive a call letting me know the ETA on the parts and another call making sure I received them. Above and beyond service. They take care of the customer.

HFI is a great vendor of mine. They have prompt service led by Ty Burns. He and his team are proficient with getting my shop the parts to keep us moving along. I highly recommend them!
