Knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent! I came in for an exhaust issue, but Pedro spotted critical problems with my front axle and rear sway rod—issues that my previous mechanics had completely missed. There was no pressure, just clear explanations and a walkthrough of the repairs. Roy at the front was also great about explaining the pricing, which was very fair for the expert level of work they did. My RAV4 is running perfectly. First time at Meineke on Route 22 in Mountainside. I had a fairly minor exhaust issue. The minute I got there, car was examined and I was told how it would be fixed.
