The customer service was immaculate. The associate who assisted me was extremely charismatic, professional, and reassuring throughout the buying process. I was assured the vehicle was in excellent condition, which led me to trust the purchase. Unfortunately, the experience with the vehicle itself was very disappointing. After paying over $8,000 in cash, the car began overheating within about three weeks. I spent several hundred dollars trying to correct the issue. Then, around eight weeks after purchase, the head gasket failed, along with additional head-related issues. The cost of repairs exceeded the value of the vehicle.
