I had a great experience with Muse Collision Center. They completed my vehicle in a very timely manner and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my vehicle earlier than expected. Rachael at the front desk, the entire staff, and the owners who are very much involved in providing customer care were warm, friendly, and professional. The lobby was clean and welcoming as well. I highly recommend supporting this local, family-owned business, truly top-tier service.

Where do i begin. This was the second time I used Muse Collision on repairing my vehicle. This is a such great place to take your car for all your car body repairs. They were so helpful and honest. They ease my mind in every way possible when it came to communication and the details on how they were going to repair vehicle. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Bill Muse personally handle my car and went to toe to toe with progressive with stride helping me get my car back, repaired and within a reasonable price. I can’t say Thank you enough for their selfless service. I would definitely recommend them anytime. They were excellent in help with getting & keeping the rental car for the duration of the time. They repaired my truck to make it as if it had never been in an accident. I was referred to Muse Collision by the Chevrolet dealership in Hinesville for minor damage repair. I called to discuss an estimate for repairs and the woman I spoke with was very friendly and professional. They were able to see me right away. Once i arrived, the woman who inspected the damage on the vehicle and wrote up my estimate was incredible to say the least; not only did she have a great personality but, she was also very informative and well-educated. Within the 30-45 mins i spent there, it was very clear to me that the entire staff is genuine and kind. Also, the lobby is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Muse Collision provides a warm, welcoming environment, an amazing staff, and a comfortable waiting area that includes snacks, drinks, and entertainment for their customers.
