I had an excellent experience at Express Oil Change in Hinesville, GA thanks to Charlie and Jeffrey. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what work my car needed, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The service was quick, efficient, and done right the first time. It’s clear that Charlie and Jeffrey truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Because of them, this location has earned my trust and my future business. Highly recommend asking for Charlie and Jeffrey if you want outstanding customer service!
The personnel, service and cost was well worth the experience. As I sat in my car, I was able to watch/listen to the technicians working on my vehicle. Very professional…what I like mostly was the fact that they didn’t push me to have extra stuff done. I was given a recommendation sheet that I needed to have done to my vehicle in which the cost of the services was very reasonable… tune up, radiator flush. Transmission services, etc. showed me that they do more than oil changes.
This is the second oil change I’ve gotten from them that has went left. Two days later and my oil is completely gone. No, I do not have a leak. I took my car somewhere else and the oil change was flawless both times, no issues no MISSING OIL. Do not recommend I could’ve damaged my engine trusting this place! DO NOT GO HERE!
I had a great experience with Aaron during my oil change. He was friendly and efficient, and he noticed that my wiper blades needed replacement. I really appreciate his attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend! Thank you, Aaron!
Just came here with my dog Moonpie to get an oil change. Jeffrey was my service technician and remembered me from last time because I gave out ducks (I drive a jeep wrangler). Always a quick and great experience PLUS moonpie got a treat 💕. Come see Jeffrey with your puppers at express oil change!
