Allen's Truck & Auto Electric

First time there; I was referred by Haney's Tires_ because they don't deal with electrical issues. First impression I thought the place was deserted therefore I waited a little while and a gentleman drove up assuming he was the owner he invited me in. Mr. Allen was very pleasant and very patient in overseeing the issues with my vehicle. After all that was said and done I wasn't charge a dime. Kudos to Mr. Allen and staff for excellent customer service, but most of all just being themselves. Sometimes it's just not about the money. Some companies charge you for just to look over the vehicle_ I believe this is an inspection fee. Thanks again for your act of kindness.

I was referred to contact Allen's truck & auto electric by Haneys Tire - due to a complex electrical cooling fan issue. I called Allen's on 3 separate occasions. The phone msg was " leave your name and phone number and we'll get back to you. I wish I could report a positive experience with Allen's. I'm still going to try and have them fix my cooling fan issue, and my next move is going to that shop with my car for a evaluation...if they are as competent and do the job that I've been told they will do , then I look forward to giving a five star rating.

Hi, to who ever reads this, I have probles trusting mechanic, so I learn to do my own cars, but I have problems with electronics, so Mr.Allen was recommended to me, so I had no choice to give it up, I went to Mr. Allen, and now he's going to be my mechanic to go, good man, and very honest did the job, and I earn a friend, God bless

Great place to get your electable done.

They never answer the phone. I asked about a cooling fan issue and he didn't even look at the car he just gave me the name of a part and went about his day. I was referred here by 2 different garages and he is no help. Don't think he cares for beforeertain types of people and I will leave it there..
