My family was vacationing nearby while I was back in Arizona working. They told me the check engine light came on and another warning on the dash. I called Allen's based on a quick search of recommended service garages in the area. Dennis answered and I explained the situation. Not only did he offer to scan the car quickly but he also was willing to help me get the car in to a respected competitors shop if needed as he was full and my family was slated to return in 2 days. His honesty and professionalism was great. Fortunately his team was able to quickly solve the problem and get the vehicle on the road.
