Alliance Glass & Sign

I needed a replacement windshield. Steven was the consummate service provider. He answered the phone quickly, responded to all my questions, replied by text immediately, told me I didn't need an additional calibration that cost $250, and set me up for service the next day. The service was done on time and perfectly. It's always nice when a locally owned shop provides this kind of great service.

I had my glass replaced here 3 or so years ago and it was such a seamless experience. The glass looked pristine and the process was simple. They replaced all the stickers that were on the glass and everything looked flawless. A minuscule pebble recently hit my windshield when driving on a local interstate and my mechanic let me know I wouldn’t pass my state inspection that is quickly approaching. I found this business starred in my Google Maps and called them up to get it replaced again years later. Working with Steven is such a delight. I gave the business a call and he let me know everything I need to do to prepare for the replacement. I sent him my registration and gave him the make and model for my vehicle and he’s setting up the insurance claim and ordering the glass. We have an app
