It was very easy to set up an appointment and they also helped me bill my insurance. In warmer weather they will replace windshields at your site, but in the winter you must come to them due to temperature requirements. My windshield was completed on time and installed well.

Allstar was a huge help to my Ford F150 and I. They will work around your schedule also if weather conditions are right they will even come to you!!! This company is friendly and understanding. On April 2nd, 2018, around 10am, I walked out to my car to head to class, and I was greeted by two gaping holes in my shattered windshield on my leased 2017 Honda HRV. Someone had thrown a rock at not just my windshield, but three others as well. I was completely at a loss for words. I filed a police report, a complaint to the city, and have talked to both the restaurant and other company who both had surveillance cameras directly over my vehicle. After that, I found out my insurance wasn’t going to cover the damage. I contacted Safelight and the earliest they could get me in was today, Friday, April 6th, and it would have cost me nearly $600.00. I waited all morning until it was time to leave for class and there was no sign of Safelight. I called, they said the technician “didn’t notice”

They came to me same day I called. They replaced my windshield and left my truck as clean, maybe even cleaner, than they found it. I'd highly recommend them for any automotive glass needs.
