Honest people your told up front what price and labor will be before they start.
The starter they replaced 3-4 years ago has a torque spec of 18 foot pounds. They tightened it on so tight I broke a wrench and it still didn’t budge. Had to buy a breaker bar for all three bolts. OBVIOUSLY NOT TO SPECS. I paid over $300 for a $100 starter. $200 Labor for THREE BOLTS?!?! AND THEY STILL SCREWED IT UP
The passenger side window on our Toyota van stopped working. We couldn't get it to roll up making it a target for theft or vandalism and of course damage from rain. We had just a one day wait for an appointment and the problem was fixed quickly. They were friendly, professional and honest. We received great service.
Jocelyn and Scott are phenomenal!! The service was excellent speedy and efficient. Scott is knowledgeable and a staple in the community. Thanks guys!! Keep up the great work!! You are appreciated!
