Power Ford Service Department

Traveling thru the area on a long road trip vacation when my oil change light came on. I called Power Ford Service Department and spoke with Tucker. He e plainer they had a pretty full schedule for the oil changes that day (22 Oct, ‘24), but if I could be there about 3:30 he would do his best. When did manage to get us in and out in less than hour. Very professional and friendly. We highly recommend these guys whether you are local or traveling thru. Way to go Tucker and your team. My hats off to Tucker M. and the service team for getting my truck all fixed up. Got me worked in same day, had one of their drivers bring a necessary part down from salem, sent a courtesy car to help get me back to the dealership to collect my truck, and had me back on the road by 3pm same day. If I had a dealership or service business I would do my darndest to hire Tucker M. to run it for me (and the main tech who was able to reverse all my wrong doings - I just didn't catch his name)

Newport, Oregon's Power Ford Service Department is a busy place. Call 4-5 business days in advance of when you'd like to go. I appreciate that Power is a preferred option in a town with a number of auto repair shops. When calling, I've been referred to speak with Nathan a couple of times when I've questioned whether a promotion or customer satisfaction program might cover needed labor and or parts (no dice, but I like that he checks). After my vehicle's last diagnostic, Nathan took the time to explain in detail the recommended work and options. Giving people bad news and ensuring customers understand scope and cost can't be easy. Nathan does it well and it's one reason I go back to Power Ford. The other equally important reason is that I've been happy with each service / repair. Not happy

Food was tasty. Server was nice. Being a non-smoker, the ashtrays could have been cleaned out. It is bar, but a little smoky even outside.

In my lifetime, we've never had such a great time finding and buying a car! Outstanding sales and service!
