Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This place is wonderful and I will recommend it to all family and friends. Micheal the manager was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a professional manner as I tried to explain to him what was going on with my mothers car. I don’t normally go to car shops because most places talk down to women like me who know nothing about cars but at no point did Micheal make me feel uncomfortable or stupid. Newport Valvoline has earned a life long customer going forward.

Passing through while camping and needed on oil change. The service here was elite! Nathan was great at explaining recommended services, and making sure our ride was taken care of!

These guys are GREAT! Jordan was over-the-top with customer skills. Recently had my oil changed and don’t need the service. Stopped in to ask about tire pressure and they were so kind to do it. All so friendly and very NICE service station.

I stopped in for an oil change..maybe waited 15 minutes before I got into the bay..liked being able to sit in the car thru it...I asked the service writer to have the mechanic to check and adjust the tires...when the oil change was done the mechanic tried to guide me out of the bay...I asked about the tires...and he looked annoyed...I tried to ask him what the pressures were and he he mumbled something I could not understand...never got an answer to my inquiry...I asked for my receipt and was told it will be emailed to me...it wasnt...had to call Valvoline to get them to send it.

Always a pleasure coming here. Even with an Audi, they make it easy. Although I do have to bring my own filters in and I still get charged as if you were putting in your own filters. Never understood why.
