⸻ I recently went to Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with Cory to buy a semi-truck, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Cody does an amazing job of finding you a great deal and making sure you’re taken care of every step of the way. He’s trustworthy, upfront, and explains everything clearly—whether it’s about maintenance, warranties, or anything else you need to know. Truck was towed in for a transmission sensor issue. To repair the floor has to come out of the truck. The techs paid attention to detail. Put everything back exactly the way it was. Seats very slightly out of adjustment if I had to nitpick. But they got on the repair immediately. When they part didn’t come in time they went nearly 3 hours round trip to pick it up. Extremely impressed with this dealership. Every staff member I met was helpful and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to make sure the customer was taken care of and informed. But the tech, 5 starts is not enough! My truck is cluttered with the items I use to stay out a month or more at a time. And they didn’t just put everything back. Jeff Doering at All State Peterbilt Eau Claire helped me out tremendously. I called yesterday while uploading a picture of a coolant leak from a new truck with 10,050 miles bought at the South St. Paul location 12/22. Jeff told me to stop by after my delivery and we!ll see what we can do! He and the mechanic Cristian did just that. Had me back on the road in 2.5 hours. Allstate Peterbilt of Eau Claire performed a major repair on my 2014 579 Paccar MX13. The repair work was done in a timely manner, I was kept informed throughout the process and most importantly there was no need for any rework! I went here to see if I could buy a truck. Amazingly I was pre approved, 10% down, so I was told. Talked with Cory on a truck, decided on a truck, paperwork went back to financing, they then said ok, but with 20% down. Cory went above and beyond to get me in that truck! Took a few days, we got the truck we wanted, 10% down! I can't say enough of what Cory and the guys and gals did for us!
