While my wife and I were moving across the country, we hit a tire laying in the middle of the road and needed our car checked immediately. DW Auto Service got us in right away and went above and beyond. They discovered the damage was more serious than we initially realized and took the time to walk us through the proper steps to file an insurance claim, something that could have easily been missed and cost us thousands later on. Their honesty, urgency, and professionalism made an incredibly stressful situation much easier. I can’t recommend DW Auto Service highly enough. A+++

While traveling through Eau Claire from Appleton my truck went into a loss of power with a check engine light. While other places were quick to turn me away without an appointment, the crew at DW Auto took me in and had me back on the road within 15 minutes. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

DW Auto is a RARE find. This shop has been so great to work with. Dakota is super knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to get your vehicle fixed and back on the road. He is honest and a hard worker.

Dakota explained everything really well and was so helpful. His inspection reports and estimate outlined everything in great detail so I knew exactly what was going to happen to the car. He was able to order and replace my transmission in two weeks. He continued to answer any questions I had after I picked up the car and his prices were very reasonable.
