Was a really bad situation for me and this place took care of me made everything really easy. I even kind of took some of my frustrations out on them that I was dealing with from the insurance company and they were understanding and handled everything professionally. I also didn’t have a car to get to work after my accident and they provided one promptly and even when I had a situation with insurance, they let me use the car for a pretty prolonged time until I got situated. They did their job and they did it well and even went above and beyond.

They were great! Our vehicle became a comedy of errors - we dropped it off one morning, expecting to get it back that evening. A week and a half later we were finally able to exchange their loaner car back for our Endeavor. They kept us informed of everything and verified we were ok with what was happening and what was needed. Fantastic service and customer support!

Diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. Communicated through each step to make sure nothing was missed (or done mistakenly so I didn't get charged more than I wanted to pay) and was able to help me make decisions on what was worth replacing versus leaving as-is. Plus they have a digital inspection sheet they send to you showing their findings. Very transparent and trustworthy. There are certainly cheaper shops out there, but there are also MUCH more expensive shops out there. This is quality at a realistic and good price.

I always feel respected and like I'm VIP when I am needing a professionals opinion on my Audis repairs. I appreciate that I never feel disrespect because I am a woman. Every time, I'm sent a clear estimate that has been broken down and easy to read! Keep up the good work 👏

I Ended up having to get a complete new radiator for my car and battery, I am living in Wisconsin part-time and was recommended this place, their customer service was 10/10, hope Krista at the front desk was extremely kind and considerate of my needs!! They were able to provide me a ride there and back on multiple occasions free of Charge which was extremely considerate and helpful, knowing that they’re a family owned business as well. I will definitely be recommending this place to others who may need it and again I cannot say how truly kind hope krista was at the front desk and just there customer service was wonderful along with them fixing my car and getting it done within just a couple days!!!
